Viking Mortgage Company, LLC ("Viking") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers' nonpublic personal information. In order to maintain accurate information about you, we ask that you update your personal information when any changes take place. Please notify us if you change your address, telephone number or e-mail address. You can update your personal information with Viking by emailing your updated information to sales@vikingmortgage.com.
We may ask you for additional information so that we may confirm your identity. This additional personal information may be necessary to prevent fraud and to ensure that only you have access to your personal financial information.
The Use of Cookies
We use standard web-based tracking technologies such as "cookies" and web server logs to collect information about how our site is used. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies do not collect or store personal information, except information you have knowingly provided.
Credit Bureau Reports
Viking utilizes credit bureau reports in order to evaluate our customers' credit worthiness and to protect our customers from fraudulent conduct. Therefore, we may obtain a credit bureau report about you when you apply for or obtain any financial products and services from us, including the making or servicing of your mortgage loan. This information will only be utilized for such purposes.
How do we protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information?
People. We educate our employees to treat personal information with care, and work to limit access to this information to individuals who need it for the purpose stated in the Policy.
Policies and procedures. We maintain and monitor our physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to comply with applicable regulations, updating them as needed so that we may protect personal information.
Security. We take such technical and organization security measures, as we deem appropriate to keep personal information confidential and secure against unauthorized or unlawful process and to prevent loss, destruction, or damage.
Sharing of Personal Information
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our customers or our former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law or as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Statement.
We may disclose the nonpublic personal information we collect, in whole or in part, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may share your nonpublic personal information with unaffiliated third parties who perform services for us, and with unaffiliated third parties who perform services related to products and services that you already have or request from us. Viking contractually requires all such third parties to maintain the confidentiality of any nonpublic personal information.

Promotional Materials That You May Receive
In order to advise you of special offers provided by Viking or our affiliates, we may send our customers promotional materials concerning financial products and services. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information about the company, its products and services or to have someone contact you. We collect visitor's contact information like their telephone number, mail and email address. Contact information from the order form is used to send information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor.
This site gives users the option for removing their information from our database and to not receive future communications by sending e-mail to sales@vikingmortgage.com.
Correct/Update
This site gives users the options for changing and modifying information previously provided by sending e-mail to sales@vikingmortgage.com.
Viking Security
We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to only those authorized employees and agents who have a need to know such information to provide products or services to our customers. We maintain and monitor physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable law and regulatory requirements to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Identity Theft
Identity theft is a serious and growing problem. If someone has fraudulently used your identification to establish credit, report the incident as quickly as possible to each of the credit reporting agencies listed below and ask that a fraud report be placed on your file.
