Manager of Commercial and Investor Mortgage Planning

Immediate opening for an 5 year plus experienced originator of multifamily and small commercial property types. Must be experienced in multifamily underwriting procedures and ability to size commercial loan transactions. Other responsibilities include: residential investor one to four unit loan origination, promotion of unique priority investor property based web site to real estate broker partners, and the profitable hiring of sales staff members as business justifies. This position has unlimited growth potential for the right candidate. Salary plus bonus incentive compensation plan, with future partnership potential.

Residential Mortgage Planner

Positions available for 3 year plus experienced residential mortgage originator that would like become educated as a residential mortgage planner. Candidates must meet minimum company standard computer skills, minimum of a BA or BS degree, and pass an initial exam. Salary plus bonus incentive compensation plan. Must be willing to work in main office.

Financial Planner

Positions available for 3 year plus experienced financial planner and licensed life insurance producer. Candidates must meet minimum company standard computer skills, minimum of a BA or BS degree, and pass an initial exam. Must also be willing to earn CFP designation. Salary plus bonus incentive compensation plan. Must be willing to work in main office.

Mortgage Planner Assistant

Entry level position to learn mortgage planning. Candidates must meet minimum company standard computer skills, minimum of a BA or BS degree, and pass an initial exam. Salary plus bonus incentive compensation plan.
